Good new for us Carnitas lovers.

I finally saw a package of pork carnitas the other day at Trader Joe’s. Which means they found a new supplier, as they had “discontinued” them a year or so ago when the original supplier went out of business. I will try the new ones and report if they are as good as they used to be
