DISCONTINUED ITEM – UNFORTUNATELY!
This was a really good product but sadly Trader Joe’s stopped carrying them (was discontinued)! Unfortunately. Many people aren’t happy about that

“SAVE PAPER, REDUCE WASTE”
These cleaning cloths are strong and quite absorbent. We’ve tested these out in our kitchen and are finding them to be pretty useful. They seem to me a bit like those orange “Chamois” cloths one finds at the dollar store? The good ones that is. These Trader Joe’s viscose cloths are convenient to buy and are not out of line priced at $2.99 for two cloths in the package (though I wish they were a little bigger). We’re mainly using them for kitchen counters and the like. They do absorb a lot even when wet. You just wring them out till damp and they absorb a ton of liquid again. These are useful and “eco”, saving some paper towel usage. I would buy these again.
UPDATE – Everyone complains about these being DISCONTINUED! (Argh!!!) I haven’t tried these but Amazon has some kind of general cleaning cloths fairly cheap that might work for this usage : https://amzn.to/3DIHmJy

I can’t believe they are no longer going to carry their super amazing kitchen cloths!!! They are the absolute best! What a shame…

Please bring the reusable cloths back. I have even packed in my suit case when doing Holiday visits. Makes the job of cleaning up so much easier.

I agree, please bring the AMAZING REUSABLE KITCHEN CLOTHES back! I have used these for years and give them as gifts to pass on how great they are to use. I am so sad.

Why did you discontinue them when they are such a strong product?
The reusable square sponge cloths you replaced them with don’t compare. They are not at all the same and warp.
Also, you shouldn’t make people leave their emails just to comment.
Why do you do this?

Thanks for your comment. Agree 100%. BTW I have no control over the Comment system and “make people leave their email address”. It’s just the Automatic system on WordPress to cut down on Spam / Spammers. Just a suggestion, it not a bad idea to have at least one secondary email address (if not 2) for cases where you don’t want to use your main one. That will cut down your spam.

I agree, the spongy things leave more mess on my counter than was there before I started to clean it. I keep hoping someone in the position to do something actually reads these comments. BRING BACK THE KITCHEN CLOTHS.

I think I may have found something very similar. Coelo has a kitchen cloth product that is also made out of viscose. Like the ones that Trader Joe’s used to sell, these are also made in Germany.
