I think Trader Joe’s chicken meatballs are a popular item for them. I usually notice people going for packages of them. I just noticed this new one. With this new version Trader Joe’s has three versions, the original one, a Teriyaki one, and this new version which is “Buffalo Style with Monterey Jack cheese”.

I really liked this new one a lot. These meatballs are just so tasty! I think this may be the best tasting version yet. They are savory and nicely seasoned with a mildly spicy note in the buffalo chicken style (but not blow your roof off spicy, just mildly spicy). Cheese is a good addition. You can see a little bit of cheese inside them. I’ve found them very handy to have in the fridge to help put together an easy meal. You can add these to some sauce, match with a veggie and rice and come ujp with a meal in no time.
I love them inside tortillas or some wrap or pita.
In the above pic, I sliced them into about thirds, browned them in a bit of olive oil along with some (frozen) corn. I used the mixture to make some quesadilla’s with more Monterey Pepper Jack cheese. Very good combo.
I frequently add Pepper Jack or Monterey Jack to these when I make them.
You can use these in so many ways. Very versatile.
I would buy these again.
