“Great with a sandwich”
These pickles were nice and crunchy and fresh tasting with garlic and dill flavors. What we call “full sours”. These are the refrigerated kind, not the jarred pickles from the shelves. Shelf-stable pickles found in the regular aisles are pasteurized with heat so they can sit safely at room temperature. Pickles found in the refrigerated section are usually unpasteurized and kept cold to slow down natural processes. So the if I can get a refrigerated pickle that’s what I usually go for as they also have natural active pro-biotics which heat would kill. Keep these in the fridge of course.
